All orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Order delivery takes an additional 3-4 business days.

You will receive your items within 5-7 business days of your purchase. Turquoise Reign is not responsible for delays or lost items by the US Postal Service. 

TR does not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged during shipping.
